• Licensed real estate professional or an individual looking for a career change
• A strong desire to build a career in the commercial real estate industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a goal-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Google Suite

Daily Tasks: 

• Conduct property showings and tours
• Negotiate and draft contracts and leases
• Prospect for new clients and listings
• Participate in office culture of team lunches, celebrations, and the pursuit of personal connection
• Attend weekly team sales meetings
